| "My Golf Scores" - Any Employee of Puafo Limited or member of the website with administration rights. |

This Agreement is made between Puafo Limited and you, the user and/or member of the site.
We reserve the right at any time to:
Change the terms and conditions of this Agreement;
Change the Site, including eliminating or discontinuing any content on or feature of any of the Site; or
Change any fees or charges for use of the Site. |

| MEMBERS |
| My Golf Scores retains the right to remove any member at it's discretion. |
| Membership to My Golf Scores is a privilege and not a right, at any stage My Golf Scores can remove, ban or charge for this privilege. |

| COURSES |
| My Golf Scores retains the right to remove any courses at is discretion, an appeal on the decision is welcome but ultimately once the appeal has been processed and a final decision has been made no further discussion will be entered into. |
